Symptom
When you execute the configuration validation for Sap Notes (ConfigStore ABAP_NOTES), an applied Note (via SNOTE) is valuated as ‘compliant’ only if the version and the status of the note is the same as in the reference system. This is correct and as expected in most of the cases.
