Implementing a time stamp for evaluation tables

Symptom
You want to extract the moving average price from the tables MBEW, EBEW, QBEW and OBEW into the BW. Since the moving average price is not in the material document, you cannot extract the moving average price in the delta method (during the material document creation) into the BW delta queue.
