Symptom
A random ID number is added to the scheduled爄nstance title when scheduling a report.

Reproducing the Issue
Launch InfoviewNavigate to the reportSelect the report > go to Actions > ScheduleClick on Formats and DestinationsIn Output Format and Destination,爏elect the Output Format ei.Adobe AcrobatSelect the Destination ei. File locationClick on燚estinations Options and SettingsUntick the option Use the Job Server’s defaultsIn Directory, enter the full path in the UNC format:燶\server\resourceIn File name, select the option Automatically generatedClick on ScheduleAs a result, the title of the scheduled instance爓ill be like "Report Name : 34567"Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1Business Objects Entreprise XI 3.0
Cause
This is normal behaviour.
Resolution
To avoid the randomly generated number, use the option Spefic name and add the placeholder Title.?Steps are:
