Symptom
When launching the Business Objects Enterprise XI R3 Java InfoView, the ‘System’ textbox is visible, the default authentication is Enterprise, and the authentication drop down list is visible. These options are all configurable.
How can the logon screen be customized for the Java InfoView?

Resolution
You can do the following to customize the logon screen for the Java InfoView:
Stop the Tomcat serverGo to location: E:\Program Files\BusinessObjects\Tomcat55\webapps\InfoViewApp\res\schema.blueTake the backup of the old file login_banner_center.gif as login_banner_center_OLD.gifReplace the new logo with the name login_banner_center.gif and put the file in the above location.Restart the Tomcat server and open the InfoView.After opening the InfoView you will find the new logo
Note:- Further customization of InfoView is not supported
