Resolution
To download and install the燙anada directories, perform the following:

1.?Go to the SAP Service Marketplace (SMP) downloads site athttp://service.sap.com/bosap-downloads
2.?Navigate to either of the following depending if you own monthly or quarterly directories:
- BusinessObjects packages and products > Address Directories > BOBJ ADDR DIR CANADA MNTHLY > BOBJ ADDR CAN MNTHLY XI R2
- BusinessObjects packages and products > Address Directories > BOBJ ADDR DIR CANADA BI-MNTHLY > BOBJ ADDR CAN BI-MNTHLY XI R2
3.?Select the most current file to download in either EXE (Windows) or TGZ (UNIX/Linux) format.
Depending on the file downloaded (EXE or TGZ), use the appropriate Windows or UNIX/Linux steps below.
Windows:
4.?Download the self-extracting EXE file to your desktop.
5.?Double-click the EXE file.
6.?When WinRAR opens, browse to the location where you want the files and folders to be unpacked (e.g. a temp location).
7.?ClickInstall.
8.?When the extraction completes, various subfolders will be present and populated (e.g. cace710c, cace360a, cace350a).
9.?Copy thecorrect directoriesto the location where the燙anada directories are stored.

UNIX/Linux:
4.燚ownload the compressed TGZ file.
5. To uncompress the files, type:爂unzip <filename>.tgz　 (this will create a .tar file)
6. Type:爐ar -xvfo <filename>.tar
7. Copy thecorrect directoriesto the location where the燙anada directories are stored.
