Resolution
In Order to Schedule a Web Intelligence Report to a Shared Drive in Excel format follow the steps below:
Log in to Central Management Console–>Servers–>Webintelligence JobServer–>DestinationsSelect Unmanaged Disk and Enabled it.Click on Unmanaged Disk and gave the destination drive as the shared drive location.Select the option "Specified File Name"?and click on Update.Log into Infoview select the Web intelligence report燼nd click on Schedule.Select the format first as "Microsoft Excel" and then select the Destination as "File location".Leave the option "Use the Job Server’s default" as selected and click on Schedule.
The report will be saved in Excel format at the specified Shared drive location.
