Reproducing the Issue
Open a report in Desktop IntelligenceIn the menu, go to File > Save As HTML > SaveA HTML Options windows is displayed where different options can be selectedLaunch InfoviewNavigate to a reportSelect the report and go to Actions > ScheduleIn Formats and Destination,爏elect HTML outputSelect File Location as destinationClick on Schedule buttonNo HTML Options windows is displayedBusiness Objects Enterprise XI 3.0Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1

This behaviour is by design.
